Communicates clearly and responsively
Renters consistently praise Alex (and Bridget) for being super to communicate pickup/drop-off, helpful, responsive to questions, and easy to work with throughout the rental process.
Smooth to tow and well-equipped
The camper is consistently noted for its smooth towing experience. It's kept very clean, works great, and offers a practical layout with amenities like AC, heat, TV, outside grill, ample storage, and comfortable sleeping for families.

5.0Alex was great to work with and the RV was as advertised. It’s not brand new and has a little wear and tear, but was clean and worked great for our family reunion and accommodating a bunch of kids for extra sleeping quarters.

3.0The RV worked out well for our family get together. Communications with the host were erratic and difficult.
