It has a 6 inch lift, Alder wood cabinets, A/C & heater, microwave, 17 gallon water tank with 6 gallon hot water heater, external shower, 4cf fridge/freezer that runs electric or gas. Inside here is a fold out couch that opens up to a 74" by 54" sleeper. This Lightweight trailer only weighs 1280 lbs! We sanitized our camper after each trip. Pets allowed upon approval. Trailer can be pull with a 2” ball. This trailer has an electrical extension that can be use on a house regular outlet 15 Amps.
