James is highly responsive via text/phone/app, thoroughly explains the RV, makes pickup/delivery easy, and is patient and accommodating with requests and learning. He even provides extra supplies.
Clean, comfortable, and spacious
The RV is consistently described as clean, comfortable, and more spacious than expected. It is well-maintained, in great condition, and stocked with necessary supplies, making it perfect for various trips and events.

5.0We took a 13hr trip and this RV was exactly what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The RV is actually more spacious than the pictures can show. James was the best host. This was my first time driving an RV. James was so patient with my learning covers. I can’t say enough about this wonderful experience.

5.0Everything about this was easy--from the interface to face-to-face. Tim was responsive to texts and phone calls, so the arrangements flowed smoothly. The event we went to was really fun, and being in the camper made the weekend comfortable. We had opted for delivery and it was worth the delivery charge. Tim was thorough with all the info we needed and extremely generous with his time. The whole thing was super.

5.0Great RV!! It was perfect for the first game of PSU football season. Jim and Shelley were very helpful if we had any questions at all but would definitely rent again!

5.0This was our first time renting with Outdoorsy. Jim was an excellent host. He made pick up and delivery easy, even with our unusual timing requests. He explained the RV and all it had to offer. He responded to questions through the app before, during and after the trip.

5.0Jim was a great guy, very helpful and kind , when over to RV and how everything works , and was only a text message away if I needed any help. Made this trip great, and the RV was the best part of my grandson trip, and we went to Yellowstone with Yogi the bear..
