This 5th wheel "R Beach House" is literally a home on wheels, fully stocked with linens, cookware, beach towels and more! Sleeps 4 people comfortably in the beds with an option for an extra aero-bed for a max of 6. There’s a full bathroom and kitchen with plenty of room for a single family with kids. We will deliver/set up/pick up the unit to an RV spot that you have reserved in Southern California.
There are 3 TVs, 1 is outside. The fireplace is the heater. There is a super comfy California king bed in the bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper in the common area. There are 2 recliner sofas and an aero bed per request. House size refrigerator. Convection microwave, 3 burner gas stove. kitchen table with 4 chairs. Single sink in kitchen, and bathroom.
