5.0Everything was great the only issue was the awning. It kept retracting from the slightest wind. Host Tin was friendly and let's you pick up and drop of the RV between 8-5 M-F which is very convenient and a big plus.

Tin was very helpful throughout the entire process and provided YouTube instruction videos that ended up being so useful during our trip — anytime we weren’t sure how to do something, we just referred back to the videos. Everything was smooth, and we really enjoyed our stay in this RV. We would definitely recommend renting from Tin!
