I’m rating this rental a 4.5. Note that we were dry camping without power or water (but got water refilled at camp). Great sized grey water tank for 3 days!!! Needed water fill up for extra showers. Did not have any issues with power in between the solar inverter and generator! Amazing. What I liked: communication was instant. Pictures were accurate. Sheets and interior were clean. The beds were very comfortable. No interior mechanical issues. Stove and lights all worked. We loved having a shower and bathroom. It was a good amount of space for 4 people, but I’d say 3 max for next time. He included everything we needed: cleaning supplies, paper towels, plates. Overall a great experience. What can be improved: there was a pantry filled with personal food and snacks… wouldn’t have been an issue if it was tidy and if a bag of seeds wasn’t everywhere. I just ended up cleaning it out, vacuuming and reorganizing it so we would have space for our preferences. Same for the bathroom toiletries. But I just removed the owners belongings to replace with my own. I also replaced the used dish sponge. The interior fan we never got to work to pull hot air out. It was frustrating the first hour of camping to have something not working. But the owner was responsive! Even FaceTimed us. We ended up looking it up ourselves and it had to do with an alignment issue or a water sensor. Anyway we had to run the AC more than we liked (I was concerned about conserving power since dry camping) but like I said this RV ran great off its internal power for 3 days and we didn’t run out of power to stay cool!! Overall A great rental. Drives great. Perfect size. Not too big or small. He has a rear camera that helps you with blind spots. And It’s very comfortable. Ready for you to pack up and go! Would rent again.

The overall experience was great! Mike is a very good host. Everything was just as described by the host.
