This trailer has several Upgrades to make camping more convenient if you choose to stay a weekend or a full week. Some upgrades are- it comes with 2- 30 gal propane tanks. Instead of the a 39 gal Water tank it comes with 80 gal fresh water tank. Instead of 6 cubic ft fridge it comes with an 8 cubic ft fridge. It has a pull out kitchen faucet to make doing dishes easier. (or bring your own paper products to Really make dishes easier!) instead of a cheap plastic toilet it comes with nice porcelain toilet!!
Sleeps between 5-7 people. Queen size bed, 2 full size bunk beds and fold down kitchenette sleeper (if needed). Stove, oven, microwave and outdoor kitchenette. Heat, air, and hot water heater. Awning, Stereo W/ indoor and outdoor speakers. Furnished with sheets, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, games, TV/DVD player, camping chairs, hotdog/marshmallow roasting sticks.**We do not deliver or pick up on Sunday*******WE do not allow Pickups****We only Deliver*****For $50 send us a grocery list. We will review it & try to make sure you didn't forget anything. ( like marshmallows and hotdogs). We will pick it up and have the trailer stocked and ready to go for you!!
** We provide your toilet paper. DO NOT flush sanitary products, tissues, wet wipes, etc... Only the provided T.P. may be flushed**

-dump fee -$100.00
-Kitchen prep $50
-Pet Are not Allowed.
-Cleaning fee $100.00 if not returned cleaned the way you received it
-Firewood if wanted $8 per bundle 5 pieces per bundle
-Generator $15 per day Must have if no hook ups.
-We can deliver to some areas but it must be pre-approved. We DO NOT deliver or pick up on Sundays.
