3The experience was good until we got extra charges $71 after paying a fortune $900 for a 4-day rental. I cannot believe that I was charged for Gas, including taxes. Ridiculous, if the owner is going to be that way, then clean the trailer better before renting it, as it was pretty dusty and dirty.

5Jeremy is an excellent host, the unit is spotless, has comfy beds, and comes with everything you need. He is quick to respond and provides clear instructions for returning the RV. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we plan to rent from him again in the future.

5This rig was perfect for our family of 4 and can easily accommodate more, they have games under the kitchen chairs that we played with, chairs and rug for outside, coffee maker and much more! Greatly priced for everything you get! Jeremy was great at getting us set up with everything we needed. Super quick with responding to any questions or concerns!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
All rentals are slotted for pickup/delivery based on who booked first (we have multiple campers). This may mean that you may not be able to get delivered at exactly 2pm or picked up exactly at 11am but we will try our hardest. We do ask that once the time has been set for pickup (when delivered) you stick to it so that we can pick up the camper in a timely fassion.

What time will you pickup the camper (when delivered)
A.
This will depend on a few different things. Camp-ground checkout time, We don't want you to have to pay for another day on the campsite because the camper is there past checkout time. Other deliveries/pickups. Since we run multiple campers we need to work with everyones schedule on a first come first servce basis, this may mean your rental may need to be picked up a little earlier in the day to allow us to get to our other pickups on time. We will always work with you whenever possible.

What extra charges may I encure from my security deposit.
A.
All of these charges are completely avoidable. 1. Damages - If you damage something in/on the rig you will be billed replacement/repair costs. 2. Bodily Fluids - Any bodily fluids within the camper $150 3. Stained fabric items (ie sheets/mattress) - Replacement cost 4. Dumping of waste tanks $50 5. Propane is billed at $30 per partial tank 6. ANY evidence of smoking (including smell) $250 7. Any evidence of pets in the unit $150 8. Wait charge $50/hr - If we have to wait at checkin/pickup

What should I do at the end of my rental
A.
The unit should be returned close to how you got it. Dishes should be washed, dried and put away. All of your personal items should be removed (check twice - EVERYWHERE). Then, remove all bedding (yes the pillow cases too) and put it on the couch, put any dirty towels in this pile too. Sweep the unit and clean up the counters. If you used any of the outdoor chairs or carpet it should be cleaned and put away. We'll take care of the rest when we get there.
