Gypsy is a nearly new Class C RV on a Mercedes-Benz Diesel chassis. Only 26 ft in total length, it is easy to maneuver and drive nearly anywhere. She is super clean inside and out and feels so cozy. The rear of the RV features two twin beds that convert easily to a king-sized bed. The bedroom has Tons of storage and a wall-mounted TV and even mood lights above the cabinets.Gypsy has a couch section slide out that converts easily to a double (or larger?) bed. Although there are seatbelts at the couch, any passenger would be riding facing sideways. The dining table is carefully stowed in the wardrobe closet and inserts and sets up in a jiffy. Another TV hangs above the entry door. A fully-equipped kitchen includes a deep sink, a two-burner stove, a good-sized refrigerator and freezer, and a microwave. We have stocked her with all the dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and other items, including a few games, to make the trip a dream.The bathroom is fully functional with a stand-up shower, separate toilet and a bathroom sink. There are towel racks on the back of the door and lots of cupboards to hold everything you bring along with you.Outside, in addition to Another TV, there are loads of well-placed and organized storage areas. We include a propane camp stove to use during your trip, but you will want to bring camp chairs. We have developed a detailed operating instruction manual that will travel with you to answer any and all questions you may have, although we are also easily reachable. With an onboard generator, you can travel anywhere knowing you have access to your own power, if needed. Rob and I live on 40 acres and enjoy a rural lifestyle with cows, sheep, horses, dogs and cats galore. After watching my grandparents travel the US, Canada and Mexico for MANY years, I have always been attracted to the idea. We bought a nice unit, both for our own enjoyment and to get away when we can, but also with plans to rent it to others. I still have a full-time job and Rob is a silversmith (check out his website: www.CamancheMesaDesigns.com) so we are busy. Getting away in Gypsy is a way to reconnect and give ourselves a break.
