All windows have screens and workable blinds allowing the renter to use air conditioning or enjoy the outside air without mosquitos or bugs.The length of the coach is 29' making it maneuverable for towing. The overall length allows this RV to fit in all campgrounds without selecting a "pull-through" site. 30 amp electrical capability powers all appliances eliminating the need to purchase more expensive 50-amp sites at campgrounds and widens campsite selectivity. When electricity is not available, the furnace and refrigerator can be powered by LP gas while the interior is illuminated by the onboard marine battery (new battery for 2017). Recently inspected brakes and LP sensor add to the safety of this coach. All-new tires for 2017. At only 6380 lbs, this fifth wheel is substantially lighter than competitors and allows for 3620 lbs of additional cargo.
