We had an outstanding experience renting from Amy and Gary through Outdoorsy. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. The RV was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped for our trip. Amy and Gary provided a thorough walkthrough before departure, making sure we were comfortable with all of the RV's features and operations. They went above and beyond by providing everything we needed, including sheets, towels, and other helpful essentials. Their attention to detail and commitment to making our trip successful really stood out. Overall, this was a fantastic rental experience. We would absolutely rent from Amy and Gary again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free RV adventure. Thank you both for helping make our trip such a memorable one!

The hosts were excellent to work with. They explained how the RV worked & how to care for it. They were flexible with pick up & drop off times & were responsive to any of our texts or phone calls. RV was in good condition & was comfortable for our 9 day trip. Our only complaint was with Outdoorsy’s Road Side Assistance; they were incompetent. We spent 11 hours on the side of an Interstate waiting for two tires to be fixed. Their agent incorrectly was looking for tire replacements in Michigan instead of Missouri bc they had abbreviated MO as MI! We ended up finding the tire replacements ourselves but it was one fiasco after another! None of which is a poor reflection on the hosts… they actually reimbursed us for the tire repairs. We would definitely rent from hosts again!
