Before You Arrive
Please make sure you bring RV-friendly supplies and any personal items you may need during your stay. A packing checklist is recommended to help you prepare.
Bedding Information
If you plan to use all sleeping areas, please bring linens for:
1 Queen mattress
1 Full mattress
1 Twin mattress
Pillows and extra blankets are also recommended for added comfort.
Electrical Usage
The RV has plenty of outlets available; however, running too many high-power appliances at the same time may trip a breaker or blow a fuse.
If power issues occur:
Please check the breakers and GFI reset switches first.
Do not replace fuses yourself.
If you need assistance, contact me and I’ll help resolve the issue.
Pets & Damages
Pets are welcome if approved in advance. Please understand that:
Pet accidents
Excessive messes
Damage beyond normal wear and tear
may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.
Propane Information
The RV is equipped with two propane tanks, which typically last about one week depending on usage.
Based on our rental arrangement, I can assist with replacing or refilling propane tanks if needed.
