Newer travel trailer ,sleeps 8 people and 1 to 2 pets comfortably. Dry weight 5156lbs.
Both bunk beds can fit 2 kiddos if need be and once the slide is out, it can be surprising how much room you will have to move around . It has a power awning, which means all you have to do is push a button and you can have some relaxing and protective shade. This trailer has plenty of LED lighting throughout . The outside shower is a great feature ,especially with pets and little ones. You will be able to keep your pets safe outside with the built in doggy D ring. It is a super easy travel trailer to manage even if you are a newbie, we will take the time to review everything with you and we will make ourselves available for any questions or request that may come up while you are on your adventure. You can rent a small motor boat or row boat for the day. Their fees are reasonable. Only about an hour east of Downtown San Diego. Julian also has several campsites and who wouldn't want to be close to this cute little town ? We love going there for breakfast after an early morning hike.
Campland on the bay is another great spot, they are pricey, but they have all the amenities and bay access. The beauty of San Diego is that you can go beach bum or country folk with a short drive . Make sure to make your reservations in plenty of time and always do your research so you don't end up paying extra fees. My husband and I have always preferred to go exploring new places by camping and hiking. We have done our share of tent camping and have dealt with cold temperatures, rain, wind, very high temperatures...while camping in a tent. We finally were able to get our travel trailer and of course it has been a game changer. I wouldn't change our tent experiences for anything because it instilled the love of camping in our kids and it gave them a priceless amount of knowledge. Now our kids are older and are learning a whole new way to camp with the due appreciation for "roughing it" in a tent. We have been to many places and can't wait to go to many more . We hope that wherever you go brings you joy, peace and that you have a lot of fun!
