This 2019 RV is very clean and in great shape. The layout is spacious and excellent for a large family. The master room has a queen size bed with a new luxury cool breeze mattress. The couch in the living area is new and pulls out into a double bed. The rear separate bedroom has two twin bunks and a pullout sofa Sleeping a total of four. The kitchen has a large dinette that goes into a bed as well. Total RV can sleep up to 8 to 10. With our Texas heat, you will be happy to know there are two a/C units! Guaranteed to keep you cool on those hot summer nights. There is a big island in the kitchen with a double sink, microwave, gas, stove, top and oven. Plenty of storage With a pantry. Wall cabinets and extra storage under the master bed. Refridge/freezer runs off electric and propane so your perishable stay cold even while traveling. Kitchen is stocked with coffee, pot, toaster all cooking and eating utensils, plates, cups, coffee, mugs, pots, pans, toilet paper, and paper towel towels. Entertainment options include TV, DVD player, stereo with Bluetooth that play speakers on interior and exterior. The bathroom has its own second entry door to the outside. It also has a shower and tub. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We can be very flixible on this if our schedule permits. Actually every rental we move times around to help with convenience.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

Very easy connections that come with the rental, if we deliver everything will be set up and running before you get there. If you dont have any hookups and cant provide a generator, we have one that will run the whole rv for you.. You would just need to bring gas to keep it going.
