Golden Hour Retreat

Golden Hour Retreat is clean, well cared for, and ready for adventure! Please help us keep it in great condition for all guests by following these guidelines. Tow vehicle must be properly rated for a 32’ travel trailer and equipped with a brake controller. Prior towing experience is preferred. Weight distribution hitch is provided and required when towing. 100 miles per night are included with your rental. Additional miles will be billed at the agreed rate. Excessive mileage without approval is not permitted. Travel is limited to maintained roads, campgrounds, RV parks, and suitable private property. Off-roading, sand dunes, mud bogging, or rough terrain travel is not permitted. If unsure whether your destination is accessible, please ask before departure. Pets are welcome with approval. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and preventing damage such as chewing, scratching, or accidents. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if damage occurs. No smoking or vaping inside the camper. Evidence of smoke smell may result in additional cleaning fees. Climbing on the roof is not allowed. Guests may not modify, repair, or alter any part of the camper. Camper must be returned in similar condition as received. Trash should be removed and excessive dirt or mud cleaned. Dump tanks prior to return if towing. Cleaning fee covers normal sanitizing only. Generator is not included. Camper requires proper electrical hookup unless otherwise arranged. Festivals, large parties, or high-risk events require prior approval. No illegal activity permitted. Delivery bookings require an accessible campsite suitable for a 32’ trailer. Minimum 3-night stay required for delivery. We are happy to answer questions before and during your trip.
