This RV is intended for family camping. This is an insured vehicle and the minimum renter age is 25. Renter agrees to provide drivers license, tow vehicle insurance, and documentation of stay at a campground approved by owner. Festival attendance requires written disclosure and approval prior to booking; Music festival attendance is subject to a fee. RV must be returned fully cleaned with empty waste tanks, for pickups waste dump fee is $50 and may be waived if there is an onsite dump station. Any evidence of smoking, vaping, drug use in RV, unauthorized pets, or unauthorized festival attendance will result in loss of entire security deposit. Late returns may be charged $25 per hour. Renter agrees not to exceed 70 mph while towing regardless of speed limit or conditions. Tow vehicle must be ½ ton or greater with an electronic trailer brake controller. Tow vehicle may be inspected to ensure suitability for towing. Renter is responsible for ensuring tow vehicle payload capacity is sufficient. This trailer has a GVWR of 7775 lbs and a tongue weight of 775 lbs. This trailer has a minimum vertical clearance of 10' 6", total length of 30' 8", and a width of 97". Towing this trailer requires substantially greater skill and care than operating a passenger vehicle. Renter agrees to sign an addendum agreeing to these terms at time of pickup.
