5.0We had a great overall experience with this camper van rental. At the beginning, we ran into a few minor issues because the tent and seats got very wet due to extremely heavy rain. However, the host were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. They offered us a replacement vehicle without any hassle and even provided additional equipment to make our trip more comfortable. Communication was excellent throughout, and any problems were handled quickly and professionally. We really appreciated their flexibility and customer-oriented approach. The Jeep was perfekt und we had a nice trip. we would definitely recommend renting from them.
