5.0I rented 2 vans from Vicky and she made the process so easy! She went out of her way to make sure I understood the rental process, and answered all of my many questions. She was very communicative throughout the process, and makes the pickup/drop off process super easy. The vans drove great and I had zero issues! I would absolutely rent from Vicky again!

5.0We rented the passenger van from Vicky and Hans. It completely made our vacation amazing. We were a group of 9 so the large van made it possible for us to travel together daily to activities. Vicky had option of ice chest to use with the van which was Awesome. We used it everyday to pack drinks and sandwiches while exploring the Whitefish area and Glacier National Park. Van was easy to drive and did great in the mountains and in the National Park. Vicky and Hans met us at the airport with the van - made our travel seamless. Definitely recommend.

5.0Our host gave us the 5-star treatment from start to finish. Vicki picked us up at the airport and quickly checked us in getting us on our way. She provided several items that we would have had to locate and purchase which again made our trip start easy and comfortable. (cooler, step stool, bear spray)...and at the end of our trip she dropped us off at the ticket counter entrance. Couldn't be any easier travel. The Van we used was in good condition and served us well. Plenty of luggage storage for the 8 of us adults on the trip. It wasn't half bad on gas mileage also. I'm sad that Vicki doesn't have van rentals all over the US because it's much better than a rental car dealership that we usually use. I think I'll try Outdoorsy again next year for our trip thru Maine and Nova Scotia. I just hope whoever I get can match the service and quality we got with Vicki!! Thanks again Vicki!!
