Clean and well maintained motor home. When you are done with your day there is a full kitchen to prepare your meals or use the large outdoor kitchen/ entertainment area with a grill, SS sink, prep area, and fridge. Relax in the private bedroom with queen Tempurpedic bed, large closets with mirrored doors. Everyone can clean off in the large shower that has skylight and a separate washroom with a power roof vent. Your guests can sleep on the new memory foam mattress in the sleeper sofa that is across from the jack-knife sleeper sofa and next to the dinette that makes into another bed.This Motorhome is a pleasure to travel in. Some of its many amenities are: Heated power leather front seats, with passenger power foot rest, Power front window shades, Rear back-up and side camera, 8k watt Onan quiet diesel generator, 3 TV's with Surround Sound, Side-by-Side refrigerator with ice maker, Double kitchen sinks, Microwave oven, 3-Burner stove top w/cover, 50 Amp service, and Automatic leveling jacks.This is our first year on the rental market - We have made amazing family memories This is a great opportunity for you to enjoy family time. While exploring new places with all the comforts of home. I will be a phone call away to answer any questions you have.Included in your rental is 175 miles and 7 generator hours per day. We also include all linens.Rental Insurance: You my get insurance with me for $45 per day with a maximum of $360 total cost. If not, you may also obtain temporary rental insurance information through Outdoorsy.Smoking: Evidence of smoking will be met with a $250 deep cleaning fee from your damage deposit and additional if there is damage.Cleaning: RV should be brought back free of debris and trash dishes washed, the $100 cleaning fee will cover our cleaning upon return so the RV is always in beautiful condition for each renterDiesel/Propane: You'll receive the RV Full of Diesel & Propane and must be returned the same. If not you will be charged $4 per Gallon of Diesel and $5 per pound of Propane.***Departure/Check in: 3:00pm****

We are the parents of 3 wonderful kids 2, 7 , 13. We also have 2 awesome Great Danes. My husband and I love the memories that we made as kids, traveling and seeing new places. Its been a pleasure to create memories with our children. We love to travel! There is nothing better that than the spontaneity of taking a road trip last minute. How ever, the complete opposite is felt when waking the kids in the middle of the night to check in to a hotel. Not anymore.... We were spoiled after our first trip in our Motorhome. We will never travel any other way! You can travel with all the comforts from home. We welcome you to create lifelong memories of you own.
