2.0I regret having rented the camper. Amenities listed were not provided. Linens, TV, and bike rack were not provided as promised. Kitchen utensils are a joke. The silverware is small child-sized and there is one pot and it is gross; no pans. The plates and cups are fine as is the spatula and cutting board. There is no knife. It was not explained to us that the black water tank had to be flushed twice and we were charged 100 because it was only flushed once. I neglected to do a final wipe down of the kitchen counter and was charged 65 to clean it (even though I was already charged for a deep clean. I should have inspected the bathroom more carefully as the shower curtain is stained. The pick up was very very quick and there were no papers signed. Samantha promised to refund the 65 but that never happened. The sleeping arrangements were as advertised, as were the hookups and the camper itself. All in all though, I wish I had not rented the camper and there were enough negatives to have a poor effect on our vacation.
