Use and Fire Safety • Open Fires: Under no circumstances shall the Renter start, maintain, or allow any fire (campfire, bonfire, or otherwise) within 10 feet of the RV awning or exterior. • Damage: Any damage resulting from fire, heat, or smoke near the RV or awning will be the Renter’s full financial responsibility, regardless of intent. Waste Disposal: Sewage (Black and Grey Water): The Renter must empty the RV’s black and grey water tanks before returning the RV. • Garbage: All personal garbage and food waste must be removed from the RV and properly disposed of before return. • A cleaning or dump fee of $250 will be charged if waste tanks are not emptied or if garbage is left behind. Prohibited Activities: The following are strictly prohibited: • Smoking or vaping inside the RV • Transporting pets without prior written approval • Climbing on the roof • Towing or attaching trailers without consent • Unauthorized off-road travel Condition of the RV • The RV will be delivered clean and in working order. • Renter agrees to return the RV in similar condition, except for normal wear. • Any new damage or excessive dirt, odor, or spills may result in a cleaning or repair fee deducted from the security deposit. Insurance and Liability • Renter agrees to comply with all insurance requirements as provided via Outdoorsy or the Owner directly. • Renter is liable for all damages not covered by insurance, including but not limited to misuse, negligence, and prohibited activities. • Additional Terms • Late Return: A late fee of $50/hour may apply if the RV is returned past the agreed time. • Emergency Contact: In case of breakdowns or accidents, the Renter must contact the Owner immediately at [phone number removed]• Keys: Lost keys will result in a $150 replacement fee.
