Häufig gestellte Fragen
F.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We're flexible and can meet at virtually any time during the day to accommodate your schedule. Once we connect, we'll conduct a comprehensive walk-around with you, highlighting all the ins and outs of the trailer. Additionally, you have the convenient option to book a campsite, and we'll take care of the rest—dropping off and setting up the trailer for you.
F.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Power up effortlessly by connecting the provided 50-amp cord from the trailer's back to the campsite post. If required, a 50 to 30 amp adapter is available for added convenience. For water, we supply two hoses and a filter; attach the filter to the "city water" connector on the trailer's side, connecting it to the campsite faucet. If your campsite has a sewer drain, we offer the essential hoses and a sewer hose ladder for easy setup.
F.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
We prioritize your comfort and understanding, offering a thorough walkthrough before handing over the trailer. We take the time needed to ensure you feel at ease, and no question is too trivial—feel free to ask anything. Additionally, we supply a renters' guide that may address some of your queries specific to this trailer.

How does trailer pick-up/drop-off work?
A.
You can collect the vehicle either directly from the owner us. Factor in additional time for walkthroughs, operational guidance, form signing, and damage inspections during both pick-up and drop-off. Be sure to plan accordingly! Allocate 30-60 minutes for the pickup process and 45 minutes for the drop-off. Don't forget to go through the renter departure and return checklist with the owner, as it serves as crucial documentation for both renters and owners in the event of claims.
