5.0Daniel and Jerry made our perfect Alaska vacation possible. They were flexible and understanding to help us out last-minute when our existing plans fell through. They left a thoughtful care package and gave us a thorough run-through of the camper functions when we arrived. The owner called to check on us and answer any questions that may have come up after our first couple of days. The RV was clean and comfortable and even included the use of vacation essentials that other companies charge a fee for. They left a manual for the RV maintenance items that was easy to follow and completing them was no trouble, even for first-time RVers. Returning the vehicle was a quick and simple process and the owners were super helpful in accommodating our departure schedule and location. It was a wonderful experience and we will absolutely rent from them again for our next trip.
