Please dump black and gray water tanks prior to returning.
Please dump all trash and bring back the way it was rented. A deep cleaning fee will be applied if more than normal cleaning needs to be done.

$100.00 One time fee for dumping of black and gray water.
$500.00 If smoking in trailer and odor is present.
$500.00 If fish oder in trailer is present.
