Barry was great to work with, professional, and organized. He provided excellent customer service, showed how everything worked, and was responsive, even understanding a revised drop-off time.

The Jayco pop-up is solid-built, well-kept, and clean, with no leaks during heavy rain. It's nicely equipped with cookware and cleaning materials. AC is crucial for hot weather, requiring an electric site or generator.

5.0Easy pickup on a quiet side street convenient to I-90/94. Trailer is nicely equipped with cookware and cleaning materials. Setup is easy once this author's wife figured out how the door hangs. Jayco is solid-built brand of trailer, and this one is well-kept: in a heavy rainstorm one night there were no leaks or other issues. In hot weather STRONGLY advise electric site or a generator to take advantage of the airconditioner. WIthout the use of it we cut our trip short a day during a heat advisory, and the host was helpful and understanding in revising the dropoff time.

5.0The camper owner was great to work with, very organized and professional. He treated this rental like a business providing great customer service. He showed us how everything worked, things to know, and how to contact him. He was very responsive and we didn't run into any issues. Camper was well kept, clean, and had lots of nice features. It was a nice experience overall, especially being the first time that we rented a camper.
