Barry’s Pop-up

Our first family camping trip and it was perfect! Barry was exceptional and the pop-up was perfect for our needs. Can’t wait to do it again.

Easy pickup on a quiet side street convenient to I-90/94. Trailer is nicely equipped with cookware and cleaning materials. Setup is easy once this author's wife figured out how the door hangs. Jayco is solid-built brand of trailer, and this one is well-kept: in a heavy rainstorm one night there were no leaks or other issues. In hot weather STRONGLY advise electric site or a generator to take advantage of the airconditioner. WIthout the use of it we cut our trip short a day during a heat advisory, and the host was helpful and understanding in revising the dropoff time.

The camper owner was great to work with, very organized and professional. He treated this rental like a business providing great customer service. He showed us how everything worked, things to know, and how to contact him. He was very responsive and we didn't run into any issues. Camper was well kept, clean, and had lots of nice features. It was a nice experience overall, especially being the first time that we rented a camper.

Barry was super easy to work with, very professional and made the rental as smooth as possible.
