This unit is well maintained and has all the amenities needed to live. Has a central vac system, tile floors throughout the kitchen area and has a nice separate water closet from the shower. Plenty of storage space on top and bottom. Can exclude all items in basement if room is needed for storage. Would be willing to drive and set up at destination if needed. Let me know what you are looking for or if you need any ideas of where to go in the area. If driving this unit you must be experienced with larger units like this.
