-Sink, running water with pump
-16 Gallon water tank for going the distance
-5 Gallon grey water
-Kitchen is stocked with utensils (setting for 4); cups, plates, silverware etc
-Coleman stove with large propane tank (Indoor or out)
-On stove coffee maker
-Huge storage space under bed, and cabinet storage above
-Wardrobe for all the clothes you need to bring
-Maxx Fan Energy efficient, quiet and runs at high speed to keep cool and cooking fumes out.
-A/C & heating (with shore power) This means you need to run a generator or be plugged in.
-300 Watts of pure solar charging our deep cycle batterys. You can live off the grid in comfort and style.

While its 24 foot, its smaller than an RV. You get the benefits when you travel through a city and can find parking. Also you do not have to pay the exorbitant fees for RV parking, Sprinter vans are stealth.We have slept 4 in the bed before which was comfortable. So if your comfortable you can follow suit, though it only has 2 seat belts.We love talking travel, so would love to help plan your trip or answer any questions

If you climb on the roof, watch out for the solar panels.
No smoking in the van, vehicle must be relatively cleaned inside upon return and not too dirty on the outside beyond normal road / rain / snow, the gray water reservoir must be emptied. No towing allowed unless we talk about it first. If you go off of the paved road surface you are completely responsible for anything that might go wrong with our vehicle. If the dirt road is not a registered and maintained road the vehicle insurance will not cover accidents nor will the roadside assistance be valid, so be careful. Damage from any of these things listed will come out of your deposit at our discretion.
