5We were lucky enough to be Timothy's first renter of this trailer. It is in great condition and has all sorts of upgrades (not dark and drab inside!) They thought of everything - seriously, anything we needed during our trip was already included in the trailer. Fully stocked is an understatement. Everything worked great also. The fridge and freezer were big enough for our multi-day trip. The AC worked very well to keep it cool inside. The shower is not nearly as small as other's we have had. Also, this is the first trailer that has had all working window shades/blinds on all the windows. We hope to rent from them again next year!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Yes! When setting up the trailer, be sure level it left to right, then front to back. Once that is complete, you can lower the stabilizers and put out the slide. There is a large 4' level inside the camper and a smaller level for the tounge if you'd like to do it that way.

What are late fees?
A.
Late Fee: Return times are agreed upon at booking. If the trailer is returned more than 1 hour late, a $50/hour late fee may apply (There is a 60 min grace window before charges start). Returns later than 3 hours past the agreed time may result in a full additional night charge. Please communicate early if you’re running behind — we’re happy to work with you when possible!
Q.
Do I have to use the hosts' weight distribution hitch/sway bars?
A.
No, but upon arrival the host will determine if the hitch is acceptable. If it is not, then you are required to use the hitch provided.
