To help keep the camper in top condition for all guests, please follow these important guidelines: DO NOT reverse with weight distribution hitch bars engaged: Reversing with the bars engaged can severely damage the camper's frame, potentially totaling it. We will make sure to show you how to disengage the bars upon pickup, it is easy to do! No Smoking: Smoking inside is strictly prohibited to keep the space clean and odor-free. No Off-Roading: Only use paved or well-maintained roads to prevent damage. No Overloading: Stick to the camper’s weight and occupancy limits. No Unapproved Modifications: Avoid altering or installing anything inside the camper. Secure the Generator: If you rented the generator, always keep it chained and locked to the camper frame to prevent theft. You are responsible if it’s stolen. Clean Before Return: Return the camper in the same condition as you received it, with surfaces wiped down, floors swept, and trash removed. Treat It Like Your Own: Please take care of the camper to ensure it remains in great condition for future guests. No pets on the bed or dinnette sofas please, you will need to bring your own pet beds. Please pay the pet fee if you are bringing pets, as we have family members who rent the camper often and are severely allergic to pet hair/allergens. We have to thoroughly clean with specialized products after a rental with pets, which is time-consuming and costly, no matter how clean your furry camping buddy is. Full honesty is appreciated for their health and the health of others! Thank you for helping us maintain our camper for everyone's enjoyment!
