Brand new with a full kitchen and microwave. Queen bed and sofa that turns into a futon. Dining table also sleeps a child. Dual axle. Easy to pull. Skillet, sauce pan, silverware, serving spoon, spatula, can opener, a few plates and bowls, dish cloth, and dish towel are provided. Toilet tissue is provided for bathroom. Bedding for the queen bed is provided. Two trash bags are provided. Everything else must be brought by the renter.
