• Welcome! We want you to have an amazing trip and a smooth, stress-free rental experience. Please review these simple house rules so everyone enjoys the RV. Drivers: All drivers must be 25+ with a valid driver’s license and be approved on the reservation. The RV is for personal recreational use only. Travel: Travel is allowed within the continental U.S. only. No off-roading, racing, towing, or restricted areas. Renter is responsible for all tickets, tolls, and violations. Smoking Policy (Strict 🚭): No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV at any time. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, or incense. Smoke odors are extremely difficult to remove. Smoking inside the RV results in a minimum $500 fee, plus any required professional cleaning or odor treatment. Pets: Pets are welcome unless otherwise noted. Please do not leave pets unattended. Renter is responsible for any pet-related damage, stains, odors, or excessive hair. Cleanliness: Please return the RV in generally the same condition as received. Normal use is expected. Excessive cleaning may result in a fee. Black and gray tanks must be emptied prior to return unless otherwise agreed. Issues & Accidents: Please report any damage, mechanical issues, or accidents immediately. Do not authorize repairs without approval unless it’s an emergency. Fees (Only if needed): • Light extra cleaning: $150 • Heavy cleaning or odors: $300–$500 • Biohazard cleanup: $500+ • Smoking violation: $500 minimum + cleaning • Black tank not emptied: $150 • Improper dumping: $300–$500 • Late return: $50/hour; over 4 hours = full day • Fuel below pickup level: fuel cost + $50 • Propane refill: $50–$100 • Damage or missing items: actual repair/replacement cost Final Note: Treat the RV like your own vacation home and you’ll have a great trip.
