This isn’t just a rental; it’s our personal family fun trailer that we’re excited to share with you. We’ve put a lot of care into making it clean, comfortable, and ready for amazing lake and desert memories. All we ask is that you treat it with the same good vibes and respect. • Keep it clean and chill Please leave the trailer in good condition. A little sand and lake life is expected, but no heavy messes, spills, or damage. Think “vacation tidy,” not “spring break aftermath.” • ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the trailer. Please enjoy the desert breeze outside. Any evidence of smoking or vaping indoors will result in smoke remediation fees, including cleaning, odor removal, and compensation for lost rental income while the trailer is unavailable for future guests. • Respect the setup We handle delivery and full setup, so everything is ready to go. Please don’t attempt to move or relocate the trailer once it’s set. If something seems off, just reach out and we’ll take care of it. • Be mindful of what goes down Only RV safe toilet paper and waste should go in the toilet. No wipes, paper towels, or anything extra. Trust us on this one… it matters. • Outdoor fun encouraged Cook outside, hang out, enjoy the lake, relax under the stars… that’s what Havasu Hideout is all about. We also have a Blackstone grill and outdoor camp stove for add-ons if you would like to cook some bomb food Accidents happen just communicate If anything breaks or gets damaged, just let us know. We’re easy to work with and appreciate honesty way more than surprises later. At the end of the day, this is all about good times, good people, and making memories.
