Thoroughly explains vehicle systems
John was patient, answering questions and ensuring renters understood how all electronics and systems operated before departure. Instructions were clear and useful.
Easy to drive and park
The vehicle was in excellent condition, driving smoothly and reliably with no issues. Guests found it easy to drive and park, particularly aided by the rear camera. It features a comfortable bed and pop-up sleeping area.

5.0I rented John’s van for a trip up to the mountains to see the fall leaves, and it was absolutely perfect. The van was super comfortable and surprisingly luxurious, with a big cozy bed in the back and a great pop-up sleeping area that made it easy to travel with friends. It drove beautifully — smooth, reliable, and with no issues at all. There’s definitely a bit of a learning curve with all the electronics and systems, but John was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my questions and making sure I knew how everything worked before heading out. Made so many new friends, enjoyed amazing food, and had an unforgettable time. Highly recommended — would 100% rent again!
