2005 Keystone Outback
What makes our RV great is that it has a bunk room with 4 beds, so with the pop-out bed, the sofa bed, and the nook bed, you can sleep 8 comfortably and even more if you have small children. The best part of it all is it's only 4700lbs and 26ft for towing, and then once you're set up the pop-out (which extends off the back of the trailer) increases it to 30ft. It has an outdoor sink/cook top and shower, along with a good size stow in the front and awning for shade. A/C and Heater work great. The kitchen is equipped with a Oven, 4 burner Stove, double Sink, Microwave, Pantry, and Refrigerator/Freezer. There is a Nook Table that seats 4 and a Sofa that can seat 4. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. I have a weight distribution hitch along with anti-sway bar for easier towing. Really fun trailer for the whole family! Just a note: we do not supply linens, so please bring your own bedding, towels, etc. We do provide some utinsels, pots/pans, bowls, and plates.

No smoking. No pets. No climbing on roof. No standing on furniture, beds, counters, or any other items except the floor. No climbing out windows. No dry camping. All tanks must be emptied before drop off including fresh water tank. All electrical and gas switches/valves need to be turned to off position before drop off. Trailer must be swept, wiped down, and everything put back where it belongs before drop off. Only 8 people allowed in trailer to sleep.
