There is an outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen that includes a microwave, fridge and sink. The table folds down into a bed and the sofa pulls out. It will sleep 5-6 comfortably, 7-8 if you want to throw an air mattress on the floor! The bathroom is quite spacious with a large shower. Tons of storage.Trailer comes equipped with kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans, K-Cup coffee maker, dish soap, cleaning supplies, camping chairs plus all supplies to hook up at sites.Grab your pillows, blankets and yummy food and head to the beach, lake, or open road!Absolutely no smoking allowed. Small dogs are okay, with a non-refundable pet deposit. No cats allowed.Trailer must be returned with full propane tanks or there will be a $4.00/gal charge to your deposit. Trailer must be returned clean: remove all trash, food, dirt, clean dishes, counters and sweep floors.
