2021 Forest River Cherokee Grey Wolf Bunk House - 26DBH
This beautiful camper is our new to us family camper and we want to share it with you! Appropriately named, by our son, The Megalodon! This Mega sized camper has plenty of room for all.After years of renting campers through Outdoorsy, we decided to purchase our own camper and share it with others.With a queen bed, bunk beds, a small sofa that converts to a bed, AND table that converts easily to bed, you can take the whole family camping! (Camper specs says sleeps 10 but we think 8 would be a tight fit) Cozy up to the fireplace and make a nice dinner with the full kitchen. Bring your furry friend and be sure they are secure with the exterior "Leash Latch". Get the kids off screens and outside to explore, as there are no TV’s. Make s’mores over your campsite fire while you listen to your favorite tunes on the outdoor speakers.Additional features include: 2 exterior handheld showers with hot and cold water, a large awning that features an exterior blue light to reduce attracting bugs, fun interior blue light trim, exterior refrigerator and so many more items!A 30amp service allows you to plug in at the campsite and not have to worry about a thing! There is a solar panel but it is not capable of running much more than the lights for a day, so hookups or a generator are needed. If you are camping without hookups, the generator will be required and included at $25/day. (*There will be gas in the tank but you will need to bring extra for extended use.)This is our personal camper and may have some personal items in it such as spices or other food items in the pantry. You are free to use anything in the camper, we just ask that you please take care of the camper as if it were your own and return it as clean as you received it. Please be sure to remove all trash, dump the tanks, sweep or vacuum the floors, mop if necessary, clean and put away any dishes, and wipe down surfaces before returning. Don’t forget to wipe out the refrigerator, microwave and stove if you used them! All cleaning products are included in the camper.This camper is just over a year old and like new. It has so many luxury items to make your camping experience wonderful!If you ever notice something that needs to be taken care of or replenished, please let us know! Please keep in mind that we are not a large RV rental company, we are just a family sharing our camper with you for your enjoyment. :)Additional Charges:
Generator Rental – mandatory for trips where there will not be hookups $25/day.
Returned dirty - a cleaning charge of $150 will apply.
Dump - Fee to dump tanks after your trip when NOT arranged in advance when booking with delivery. $175
Dump Fee*Required with no hookups $100
If any of the tanks are over full on return (meaning the sink or tub has water that won’t drain or visible liquid or debris when opening the toilet), there will be an additional $150 fee on top of the dump fee.Delivery prior to 11 am and pickup after 5pm will be subject to additional charges.Do you need camping chairs and a table, or a propane fire ring for your trip? Just ask and we can see if we have what you need for an additional fee. Any questions or other specific requests, just ask!Pets are welcome with approval, but please be mindful of the leather couch!No smoking!Festivals with prior permission only!Was ist inbegriffenThe camper is modestly stocked with plates/cups/utensils/pots& pans/etc. There will be freshly laundered sheets on the bunks and the queen bed for each rental.

There is also a variety of games and cards for family fun all night long!EmpfehlungenWe love camping in Julian when it's not freezing, or going to Agua Caliente to relax with no service and natural hot springs. The local beach, KOA, Campland By The Bay(delivery $175), or Lake Jennings are also great spots!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We can usually be flexible with pickup and drop off, or delivery, so just ask and we can see if we can accommodate your needs.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
My main tip is: If something is not easily opening, closing or otherwise able to be used, don't force it. Everything is designed to stay in place while moving, so there is likely a safety latch that needs to undone.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will go over how to do everything and can provide a video so you have it handy when setting up. A few notes about using the campers amenities: The Solar Panel only helps to keep the battery charged and only when there is sun. The Battery & 110 plug in will work lights, fans, vents, pumps & radio. Nothing else. 30AMP Electric - will run all electric items including the A/C, Microwave & fireplace. Propane - Operates the stove, oven, water heater, furnace and outdoor griddle.
