This unit has an automatic slide-out in the kitchen/living room area for added comfort and room. The back bedroom features a queen size bed sleeps 2, over the cab sleeps 2, the couch folds out to sleep 1, and the dining table drops down to sleep 1...(small kids). This has a automatic awning patio cover, air conditioned, propane heat, flat screen TV/DVR player with movies. Full size shower with a private toilet and sink. Stove/oven/microwave, fridge/freezer coffee pot and toaster. Fully equipped, with dishes/pans/paper products, roasting folks, complete with bedding, towels, soap/cleaning supply's, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and 6 lawn chairs. 50 Gallon water tank, gas generator. Additional accessories; freshwater hose, extension cord, surge guard protector. No towing allowed. This is ready for your family to make memories, have fun and go camping! NO Smoking, no cannabis use or illegal drugs of any kind allowed in RV at any time. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent vehicle. We are flexible on the morning pick up time...usually after 9:00 AM Return time is between 11:00 AM and NOON. We will allow a little grace time (with advance notice) due to traffic situations.
