This beautiful Thor coach is brand new and loaded with a full-size slide with bunk beds. It has power door locks, power windows, power steering, tilt, power awning, cruise control, side & backup cameras, and leveling jacks. We've made this rental as easy as possible so responsible adults can have fun with an all-inclusive vacation rental that's fully equipped! Stocked kitchen with gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and includes utensils, bowls, cups, plates, pots and pans, and electric coffee maker {bring your own coffee}. We also supply six outdoor folding chairs, folding table and a cooler. 4 linen kits are included with your rental. Each kit has sheets, bath towel, blanket, pillow, and pillowcase. (Add linen kits as options if more than 4 sets are needed). Our coach is non-smoking only and does not allow pets.Layout and Amenities
As you enter you will see a 40" x 60" jackknife sofa to your immediate right featuring comfortable seating during the day and it can easily be made into sleeping space at night. There is a Dream dinette opposite that is part of the full driver's side slide. The sofa and dinette convert to beds but are not full length so they are better suited for children or smaller stature adults. Next to the dinette is a large kitchen sink with overhead storage, a three burner range with microwave oven above, plus a refrigerator and pantry across the unit to the left of the entrance door.As you move toward the back you will find a side aisle bath on your left. The bath features an angled shower, toilet, and sink. The bath offers dual entry with a pocket door leading directly into the rear bedroom.Across the hall from the bath is a set of bunk beds for kids or adults that are 27" wide x 72" in length with their own 13" TV/DVD players. The bunks are part of the slide out which continues into the bedroom with a closet, dresser, and 32" LED TV. Opposite the slide in the bedroom, you will find a queen size bed with nightstands on both sides.Back up front, there is a cab over bunk that is 54" x 87" which provides additional sleeping when you need it. There is also a 40" LED TV with swivel base and more.Outside, there is a power awning with LED lights, exterior 32" LED TV, and Bluetooth stereo speakers!Note: We take great care of our coach and expect the same from our renters. We don't expect our RV to be spotless at the end of your trip but a basic inside cleanup including wipe down, dishes, trash, and floor sweep, etc. is expected or there will be a deduction from your damage deposit. Fee includes us laundering all of the bedding and towels! No towing or out of country trips accepted. Renters Insurance required {we can discuss easy options}.
