• It’s recommended to keep a vehicle under 65MPH when towing. • This camper is intended for family use, not multiple people. • Please return camper as clean as it came to you. Or you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee. You can add that on if you’d like at anytime! If we find weed/cigarette smell on anything you will be charged accordingly. • please empty the black then gray tanks at the dump station. You can also choose that as an add on & we will handle all of that! You will be charged $80 if you do not dump. • Camper plumbing is extremely fragile. Please only use our toilet paper which is extra biodegradable//NOTHING else in the toilet. • NO WIPES IN THE TOILET! NO CLEANING TOILET TOPS IN THE TOILET. You will be charged $400 to have someone come clean the system if we find them. This is what the RV service center has charged us in the past. Be mindful of how much toilet paper you use as well. Too much of that & not enough water is a bad combo. • If our camper has evidence of or smells like pets/cigarettes/weed you WILL BE charged a $300 fee that will come out of your deposit. It is extremely time consuming to take care of odors & sometimes we have families renting the day after a return.
