This trailer is perfect for a young family or couple looking to create memories. It has a residential sized queen bed for the parents, 2 single bunks at the back, and a slide out dinette that folds down for another children's sleeping area. The trailer is also equipped with a full bathroom and is 22' long (bumper to hitch) and weighs 2900lbs dry, which means it can be safely towed by many SUV's and practically any pickup truck.We provide everything needed to enjoy a weekend away, including linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen (pots/pans, plates, bowls etc..) lawn chairs, outdoor table. A portable 150w solar panel is also available. The fridge/freezer provides more than enough space for a week's worth of food and the trailer has both air conditioning and a furnace to maintain a comfortable temperature inside. Just bring your pillows, blankets, toiletries and food!We do welcome well behaved pets for an additional charge of $15/night. The trailer must be returned in the condition in was rented in, or a cleaning fee of $60 will be charged. Grey and black tanks must be dumped before returning, or $100 will be charged.Your tow vehicle is required to have a trailer brake controller and a 7-pin trailer hitch plug in. We supply a weight distribution hitch.ALL Long Weekend Requests Must BE FOR A Minimum OF 3 Nights
