Are you ready for the ultimate road trip?! Kodi is the rig for you! Whether you are a couple looking for a roomy rear bedroom, or a family with kids, this Class C RV is the perfect size and set up for you. Coming in at only 25 feet, but offering a huge full side slideout, Kodi is roomy but versatile at the same time.Stationary rentals and delivery: We do offer stationary rentals at a reduced rate and delivery for Kodi. Contact me for pricing!Please note: insurance is required. Insurance packages will be available for your viewing at checkout and range from $28-90/day. We also require roadside. Renters can contact their insurance company to see if they offer this coverage. Previous renters have been able use their own insurance (providing it offers proper coverage) to save them money, however I have heard many companies will not cover this. You must provide me with an insurance binder showing proper coverage for the value of the vehicle and liability if you choose to go this route. Outdoorsy guests must contact Outdoorsy to see if they can implement a change.Living area: As you walk in, there is a U-shaped dinette, chair, and the front seats swivel and recline so there is room for everyone. The entertainment center slides out and has a large swivel TV, sound bar, DVD player and sound system.Sleeping space: In the back of the camper, there is a queen bed, in the middle, the U-Shaped Dinette converts into bed, and above the cab, another sleeping area for the kiddos or young at heart.Kitchen: For our chefs, a large dual fuel fridge and freezer, stove, 3 gas burners, dual sink, and coffee bar area with a Keurig and pods (coffee pot available upon request). As with all of our campers, Kodi is fully outfitted with dishware, pots and pans, silverware, disposable plates, paper towels, napkins, salt and pepper, olive oil spray, dish soap, sponge, and towels, and more.Storage: There is storage in the kitchen, and several cabinets and closets in the rear bedroom area. Outside, there are several compartments for storage and we also have an optional luggage rack that we can send with you for no charge. Kodi also has a hitch if you want to bring your bikes or other toys along.Outdoor living space: There is a large power awning, outdoor entertainment center with TV and soundbar, propane hookup for your griddle or grill (we have a Blackstone for rent if you don't have one), outdoor shower, and plenty of storage. We provide a large mat and are happy to also provide chairs if needed. We also offer a screen tent for rent if you are going somewhere with bugs/need shade.Driving Experience: Kodi is set up on a Mercedes 3500 Sprinter Diesel Chassis. Diesel means better MPG than your gas RV's. The driver's cabin has comfortable seats and back up and side cameras for peace of mind. For passengers, there are 4 additional seatbelts in the back around the table and on the chair. There is also a car seat tether on the table.Power: The RV runs on 30-amp power and also has a built-in propane Generator. We include 4 generator hours per day and the rest is charged by the hour. There is a solar panel on top and we do have a plug-in solar panel for additional off-grid options.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

In addition to a full tour upon pickup, we offer custom manuals and quick go-to guides and videos. We are also happy to answer any questions you may have via phone, text, or FaceTime!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will show you, and there is a manual, but here are the basics: Electric: There is a 30 amp cord included with the RV. This can be plugged in at a 30/50 amp site. If there is no electricity, there is an on-board propane generator. The RV can also run certain things off battery power for a short period of time. We plan to add solar this spring as well. Water: if there is no water on site, you can fill the holding tank at the campground or many other stations. Sewer: use RVdumpsites.com to find
