-Due to damage/issues with our electric systems in the past, unless you have an electrician installed 30 amp tower, we Require you to rent one of our generators to power the unit. Campers run on 30 amp and many house/cabin electrical systems cannot handle that, especially if you try to run AC.
-Our campers are not bathroom facilities for all of your guests. Yeah, that's happened too. So no, just no.
-If the person staying in the rental is not present, it is Your responsibility to go through the training with us and to relay that to the person staying in there. Again, this has happened, not trying to be a meanie, just don't love getting the "this or that doesn't work" texts when people are trying to figure things out on their own-and that can also cause damage.Anyway, thank you so much for your interest. 5.0We had the best experience renting from Itasca Adventures and would highly recommend!! Ben and Amanda are amazing hosts and show a genuine passion for their business and taking care of their customers. Our family rented a rig for 7 days and pulled it out for a Yellowstone road trip. The camper worked great, was super clean, and pulled like a dream. It was stocked with everything we could have needed and more! If you want to rent clean, reliable rigs, this is the place to go!! 100% will rent from them again!
