Super cute 13 foot bunk house camper. Sleeps five with three bunks and a dinette that converts to a queen. There is a compact shower/toilet combo making it the total package! Please please please empty your own black water after using the commode (or we will have to charge you for not emptying your own poo).Clean sheets will be provided for all sleeping areas; all you need to bring are your pillows, blankets, & towels. There is plenty of storage for your clothes and food. The unit has a two burner propane stove and a roughly 2 cubic foot 3 way refrigerator. Propane heat for the winter months and an 8,000 btu A/C unit for the summer. If you prefer a more natural stay, all the windows open and have screens. The windows also have blackout shades to keep the morning light at bay if your not an early riser! Good dogs are always welcome!This camper is constructed of all aluminum framing making it extremely light. Gvwr 3000lbs 200lb Hitch weight. To tow, your vehicle must have a 7 pin adapter.*Delivery always available to Ft. Desoto Park Campground or KOA St Petersburg you just have to book the campsite and we will set it all up for you! If you are interested in going to another campground in the Tampa Bay area and need set up please contact us to work out the details before booking.*Additional fee
