(Full size master, full size pullout couch, large loft over the cab, and convertible dining table)No crappy RV mattresses, brand new memory foam mattresses for the master and fold out bed.7 seatbelts19” tv with Blueray player in master and 32” tv with Blueray player in main area.K-Cup coffee maker with 2 K-Cups provided per day4 Camping chairs included.All bedding , 8 towels, hand towels, and wash rags included. All dishes, utensils, cups, pots, pans included.I have multiple board and card games that you can choose from to take on the trip. Dishes all included.Runs and drives great. The roof was just recoated, brand new elongated toilet and the a/c system was just cleaned.The RV is located near the Las Vegas Speedway for easy pickup and drop off on the north side of town.Pickup time is after 1 pm. Drop off Time before noon.When wanting to Rent / Return on a Holiday you will need to pickup / drop off the day before or after unless approved by ownerThere will be a $30 an hour late fee applied if not there to pickup / drop off on agreed time.For EDC the security deposit goes to $2000For Burning man the security deposit is $5000
