Minasse was quick to respond, explained the van features thoroughly, and was flexible with pickup/dropoff times, even accommodating flight delays and making up for a late delivery.

Guests found the van solid, well-outfitted with clean, comfortable bedding and basic camping equipment. The rooftop tent was spacious and easy to set up and take down, and the van ran reliably.

5.0Minasse was a great host, responsive and explained everything about the van. also flexible with pickup/dropoff times, our flight was delayed a couple hours and he was accommodating. The van was well equipped with basic camping equipment, and the folding mattress and bedding were clean and comfortable

5.0First time using outdoorsy, Really liked the experience. Minasse outfitted the vehicle really well. The only complaint was that that we paid for the airport delivery and he was over an hour late. He did make that up by picking the vehicle up from the hotel at no extra charge at the end of the trip (and was very timely then!).
