-Off-road: While this vehicle allows for Off-Grid/Dry Camping travel on non-public, unpaved and / or ‘logging’ roads is not permitted at any time. If vehicle is found to be taken off road, then renter will be charged $1000. -Death Valley: Due to extreme temperatures, traveling in or traversing Death Valley is not permitted in July and August. In May, June and September travel is permitted. Ground temperatures can reach 140º F or 60º C. If RV is found to have been taken to DV during not permitted dates, renter will be charged $5000. -Burning Man- Burning Man Post Trip Charge must be selected to book for burning man. This will be $500. This covers engine and generator servicing and exterior cleaning after return. Vehicle must be returned in same condition as it is given to you. If this does not happen, then renter will be charged $1,500. No questions asked. In the event the vehicle is taken to Burning Man without authorization, All Burning Man fees will be charged to renter including a $5,000 fine. -No Smoking- If vehicle smells of smoke, renter will be charged $500 for Ozone. -No Pets- If pets found to be in the RV at anytime, there will be a $300 cleaning fee applied. -If vehicle is not refueled upon return, renters will be charged $275. -If black and gray tanks are not emptied prior to return, renters will be charged $100. - If propane is not filled up upon return, renters will be charged $50. -If keys are lost there is a $50 replacement fee. - For delivery and pick-up options- There is a $100 fee for both delivery and pick-up. The max delivery distance is 25 miles from where the RV is stationed. -Upon return from your trip have all trash removed. I will not dispose of it for you. -Please leave all soiled towels in the bathroom either hung on the door rack or placed on the shower floor. -Any used linens please leave on the beds. That way I know what needs to be cleaned. (If you need to do laundry along the way I did provide a few pods and dryer sheets. These can be found in the caddy under the kitchen sink). -Please wash, dry and put away all dishes and kitchenware in labeled cabinets. -Please wipe down any dirty surfaces with provided cleaning supplies found under the sink.
