Rules • No smoking or vaping inside the RV — a $300 cleaning fee applies if detected. • No festivals unless approved in advance. Unauthorized festival use will result in full deposit forfeiture. • No pets unless agreed to prior to booking. • No climbing on the roof for any reason. • No towing unless pre-approved. • Return the RV clean inside (dishes washed, trash removed, surfaces wiped). Excessive dirt may result in additional cleaning fees. • Black and grey tanks must be emptied before return unless you select the dump fee add-on. A $100 charge applies if tanks are returned full. • No speeding or reckless driving. Treat the RV like it’s your own. • Secure all items before driving — cabinets, fridge, awning, and slide must be properly closed. • Awning must not be used in high wind and must be fully retracted when unattended. Damage is the renter’s responsibility. • Report any damage immediately. • No unauthorized repairs. Contact me first for any mechanical issue. • Generator use: X hours per day included (if applicable). Extra hours billed at listed rate. • Fuel policy: Return with same fuel level as departure to avoid refueling charges. • Propane policy: Return propane at same level or choose the refill add-on. • Late return fee: Applies if the RV is returned after the scheduled time without prior approval. • Respect the weight limits on all storage areas and tanks. • Only RV-safe toilet paper may be used. • Do not leave RV unattended at campsites with windows open, awning extended, or generator running. • Follow all campground and road regulations.
