There is a GPS tracker on-board for your peace of mind. In the event you are stuck in the middle of nowhere with very bad cell reception and don't know the location at all, we know where you are and can get you help.Do not disconnect the GPS unit.Operating the RV:
It is a very large and heavy vehicle. Please avoid going over 70mph, idling the engine for over 10 mins for any reason and sudden acceleration or breaking. We are notified of it as it happens and will be considered as part of damage claims.Slide-out and Refrigerator:
RV must be level with a maximum of 3 degrees front-to-back and 6 degrees side-to-side. There are leveler tools stuck inside the coach near entryway. Do not operate if you cannot level the RV. Refrigerator MUST be off if not level for more than 15 minutes. Renter is responsible if damage occurs when operating on un-level surface.To avoid additional fees, the renter must do these tasks before returning the RV:Gather all linen such as towels and rugs to one area (you do not need to strip the beds).
Gather trash in designated trash cans, or to one area.
Fill fuel and propane
