* MAXIMUM ALLOWED SPEED IS 70 mph. Rental will be cancelled without a refund and RV will be due back immediately if driven at speeds exceeding 70mph
* No refunds for early returns
* No smoking in our around the RV. You will forfeit your entire deposit if evidence of smoking is found
* Late return fee $50 per hour if returned after the agreed upon time
* Driving is only allowed on paved roads. Driving on gravel, sand, dirt, etc is not allowed. A $500 fee will be charged if excessive dust/sand is found indicative of off-road driving
* Please pay all tolls and driving/parking tickets and violations. We will charge $70 administrative fee to take care of the for you + the cost of the ticket
* You are responsible to taking care of the tires. Replacement cost per tire is $200
* Please do not climb on the RV roof for any reason
* No pets allowed at any time. If evidence of pets is found in the RV a fee of $300 up to $700 will be deducted from your deposit (depending on damages and cleaning needed.
* Propane tanks must be refilled before returning the RV. If you are unable to do so, we will do it for you at a rate of $65
* Waste tanks are to be fully emptied before returning the RV. If you are unable to do so, we will do it for you at a rate of $65
* Gas tank is to be returned full. If you are unable to do so, we will fill up for you at a rate of $99 plus the cost of fuel
* Please return the RV with a clean interior in the same manner as you received. If extra cleaning is needed, a $150 fee will be charged. If deep cleaning is needed, a fee of $700 will be charged against your deposit
* No drugs of any kind are allowed in the RV- Evidence of drugs will mean forfeiture of your deposit
* An outdoor stove is provided for your convenience. Please refrain cooking foods with strong smells inside the RV to avoid a deep cleaning fee of $300
* Please report damages immediately. We will file the claim if needed
* Any damages are your responsibility as the renter and the cost will b
